Kathrine, Cephus, and Frank Mitchell,Jr. are standing at the grave of Claude Buren Mitchell (8 Jan 1924-23 Oct 1931) in this 1931 photo. Kathrine & Frank Jr. were cousins and Cephus the brother of Claude. The grave house in the background has two unknown graves with Cypress markers. Mike Mitchell, son of Cephus Mitchell, has since 1990 regularly maintained the gravehouse and restored the grave markers. Prior to 1975 the gravehouse lost its roof but Mike hopes to restore that someday.
